Bobby Ryan News

Ryan left Tuesday’s game with a hand injury; will not play on Thursday.

Ryan missed two games with a hand injury before returning for the last four—Ryan re-aggravated the injury on Tuesday and will miss at least one game. It sounds like Ryan will miss some time, but monitor his status after Thursday’s game. Until then, consider him as day-to-day.

Ryan (hand) left Sunday’s game and did not return.

Ryan aggravated his broken finger in Sunday’s loss in Tampa Bay. There is no word on how severe the injury is and Ryan is listed as questionable for Tuesday’s game. With a three-day Christmas break around the corner, there’s a good chance that Ryan will sit for a few extra days.

Ryan (undisclosed) will be a game-time decision on Tuesday.

Ryan left the Senators morning skate with cramps and is considered a game-time decision. Cramps seem relatively minor, so one would think Ryan will be in the lineup tonight, but monitor his status during the Senators pre-game warmups to be sure.

Ryan (finger) will be a game time decision on Thursday.

Ryan has missed the last two games with a fractured finger, but will take part in warmups tonight and decide if he can go after. We won’t know if he is in the lineup until around 7:28 P.M ET, so it will be difficult to take him out of your lineup if he is a no-go. Your decision if you want to take the gamble.

Ryan (finger) will not play on Tuesday.

Ryan will miss his second game with a fractured finger, but there is some silver lining here for Ryan owners. A severe fractured finger could have sidelined Ryan for weeks, but his presence on the ice the last two days suggests that he won’t be sidelined for long.

Ryan suffered a fractured finger on Friday and missed Saturday’s game. Ryan is skating, but is not taking part in line rushes which suggests he won’t play on Tuesday. However, the fact that he is already back on the ice is a good sign that he won’t miss an extended period of time.
