McAvoy (rest) will not play on Tuesday.

McAvoy is one of 16 regulars who will not be in the Bruins lineup on Tuesday. The Bruins will need to recall multiple players from their taxi squad/AHL to fill out their lineup. Steven Kampfer, who was a healthy scratch last night, should draw in to replace McAvoy.

Charlie McAvoy
McAvoy (upper-body) could return to the Bruins lineup on Tuesday.

McAvoy missed the last four games with an upper-body injury but was on the ice for Tuesday's morning skate and could play vs. the Sabres. McAvoy skated on PP2 and comes in with 22 points (4G / 18A) in 35 games this season.

Charlie McAvoy
McAvoy (upper-body) will miss at least the next three games.

McAvoy has returned to Boston to receive treatment on his upper-body injury, so he'll miss at least the three remaining games of their current road trip. With McAvoy out, Steven Kampfer will remain in the lineup and see some PP2 time.

McAvoy (lower-body) is on the ice for warmups; expected to play vs. the Blue Jackets.

McAvoy was officially listed as a game-time decision but was expected to play tonight vs. the Blue Jackets. McAvoy missed the previous three games but comes in with four assists in his last seven games.

Charlie McAvoy
McAvoy (lower-body) will be a game-time decision on Thursday.

McAvoy missed the last three games with a lower-body injury but is expected to be back in tonight vs. Columbus. McAvoy is still looking for his first goal of the season but has 13 assists and a plus-13 rating in 38 games.

Charlie McAvoy
The Bruins have placed Charlie McAvoy (lower-body) on IR.

McAvoy suffered a lower-body injury in Boston's win vs. the Capitals last Monday but it was believed to be minor. His move to IR suggests that he'll miss Tuesday's game in New Jersey. He is eligible to return whenever he is healthy but the move to IR opens up a roster spot to call-up Jeremy Lauzon from Providence (AHL).
