Breen, 24, is a monster, he stands-in at 6-foot-7, 224 lbs. Breen has no points in six games with the Flames this season, but has one goal and three assists in 38 games with Abbotsford.
Breen who was recalled on Monday played 11:44 and was a minus-1 in Friday's loss to the Ducks. He will take a seat tonight in favour of Shane O'Brien.
Breen has been out since late October and has only appeared in two games for the Flames. The two games were the first of his NHL career, he failed to register a point and has a minus-1 rating.
No immediate fantasy hockey value while playing in the AHL.
