The 25-year-old did not face Dallas last season, but they come in averaging 4.00 goals for per game in their first three games.

Gibson suffered an upper-body injury against the Avalanche and is not expected to be available against Minnesota on Wednesday. Reto Berra has been recalled and is expected to backup Ryan Miller. There’s no word on whether or not Gibson will be available for the weekend’s final two games.
