Kinkaid has been the biggest surprise of the season and is a good start against an Avalanche team that is 16-20-8 on the road dating back to last October.

Tonight he faces a Stars team that has started the season 3-2-0 while averaging 3.60 goals for per game, but come in on the tail-end of a back-to-back.

Washington is on the tail-end of a back-to-back, but lead the NHL with 6.00 goals for per game in their first three contests.

Kinkaid appeared in a career-high 41 games last season, going 26-10-3 with a 2.77 GAA and .913 SV%. With Cory Schneider out to star the season, Kinkaid will start the Devils season opener in Sweden. He draws a difficult matchup against Connor McDavid, but is a solid No.3 fantasy option while Schneider is out.
