GLENDALE, ARIZONA --- Phoenix Coyotes General Manager Don Maloney announced today the Coyotes have recalled forward Marc-Antoine Pouliot from the Portland Pirates, the Coyotes American Hockey League affiliate (AHL).

Pouliot gets another crack at the lineup. In his first nine games with the Coyotes, he registered two assists.

GLENDALE, ARIZONA – Phoenix Coyotes General Manager Don Maloney announced today that the Coyotes have assigned defensemen Chris Summers and Maxim Goncharov as well as forward Marc-Antoine Pouliot to the Portland Pirates, the Coyotes American Hockey League affiliate (AHL).

Pouliot likely gets called up after the break. He has two assists in nine games.

Center Marc-Antoine Pouliot, whom Phoenix recalled from the American Hockey League on Friday, likely will make his debut today. Pouliot has played 179 NHL games for Edmonton and Tampa Bay. The Oilers selected him with the 22nd overall pick of the 2003 NHL Entry Draft.

Pouliot is expected to center the fourth line tonight in place of rookie Andy Miele.
