The Blackhawks signed Michal Teply to a three-year, entry-level contract ($825.8K AAV).
The Blackhawks drafted Teply in the fourth-round (No.105 overall) last summer and the 18-year-old winger scored 29 goals with 34 assists (63 points) in 53 games during his debut season in the WHL. His 63 points ranked second among Winnipeg Ice skaters and he also added five assists in five games while representing the Czech Republic at the World Juniors.
