Marchessault was on the ice for the morning skate but head coach Gerard Gallant said he is “doubtful but I don’t want to say no.” Expect Marchessault to miss his fifth straight game on Saturday.

Marchessault was not on the ice for Thursday's morning skate and will not be available against the Kings. With Marchessault still out, the Golden Knights are expected to keep Chandler Stephenson on the William Karlsson line and Paul Stastny between Max Pacioretty and Mark Stone.


Marchessault has missed the last two games with a lower-body injury but could play Tuesday vs. the Penguins. Monitor his status as the Golden Knights hit the ice for warmups at 9:30 pm ET.

Placing Beaulieu on IR opened up a roster spot so they could activate Andrew Copp for Monday's game. Beaulieu is still expected to be out until early-February.



Beaulieu suffered a lower-body injury while blocking a shot in Colorado on Tuesday and will miss at least four weeks. With Beaulieu out, Carl Dahlstrom is expected to play Thursday but Sami Niku could be recalled from Manitoba (AHL).

Beaulieu suffered an upper-body injury vs. the Blue Jackets on Saturday night. With Beaulieu out, Anthony Bitetto or Carl Dahlstrom will likely play on Wednesday.

Beaulieu missed the first five weeks of the NHL season with an upper-body injury but is set to replace Tucker Poolman in the lineup on Tuesday. Beaulieu had five assists in 18 games after joining the Jets last year, giving him 12 points (3G / 9A) in 48 games total in 2018-19.

Beaulieu is right on schedule with the original four-week timetable. He missed the first 15 games with an upper-body injury but he will likely replace Tucker Poolman, who is dealing with an upper-body injury of his own. Beaulieu had five assists in 18 games with the Jets after coming over from the Sabres.



Beaulieu has been a healthy scratch for half of the Sabres games this season and the Jets add him with the hopes that he can re-discover his game from his days in Montreal. Beaulieu could see some playing time while Josh Morrissey is ailing after suffering an upper-body injury on Monday.



Beaulieu replaced Lawrence Pilut on Monday but will swap spots with him again in Calgary.
