Poehling has not played since Dec. 30th due to an upper-body injury but will be a game-time decision Friday as Pittsburgh takes on Ottawa. The 24-year-old has four goals, four assists, 34 SOG and a +3 plus/minus through 31 games prior to the injury.


Kreider missed the Rangers previous three games due to an upper-body injury but will draw back into the lineup Thursday vs. Boston. The 31-year-old has 19 goals, 11 assists, 138 SOG, 14 PIMs and a +11 plus/minus through 21 games prior to the injury.

Mrazek stopped 30 of 33 shots (.909 SV%) for his second win in three starts as he beat Buffalo his previous time out. The 30-year-old has had a horrendous first half of the season, with his 4-10-1 record, 4.17 GAA and .877 SV%. He faces the red-hot Philadelphia Flyers, who have won four of their last five games after a 5-2 win over Anaheim in their last game.

Husso allowed five goals on 22 shots (.773 SV%) for his second loss in as many starts as he was downed by Colorado in his previous game. The 27-year-old has watched what was once a great season start, go to the dumps as he now has a 14-10-5 record, 3.10 GAA and .899 SV%. He takes on Vegas, who has lost three of their last four after a 4-0 loss to Dallas last game but are 14th in goals for per game (3.2).

Mrazek had the worst start of his 12-year career last game, allowing one four goals on five shots (.200 SV%) before being pulled in a matchup vs. Seattle.
