Rask is the first goalie off at the Bruins morning skate.

Rask allowed two goals on 23 shots in a 2-0 loss to the Bruins on Saturday. He struggles vs. the Habs continued and things don’t get any easier with the Penguins in town. We are nearing the end of November and so far Rask is 6-2-0 with a 1.89 GAA and .933 SV% this month.

Rask will face the Habs on Saturday.

Rask stopped all 33 shots he faced in a 2-0 win over the Blues on Tuesday. He was given last night off so he could get a crack at the Canadiens tonight. There’s something about Montreal that Rask can’t figure out—he is 3-11-3 lifetime against the Habs and 0-5-3 vs. Montreal at TD Garden.

Rask leads the Bruins onto the ice for warmups.

Rask stopped 33 of 34 shots in the Bruins 2-1 victory over the Hurricanes on Saturday. He has won four of his last five with a 2.25 GAA and .919 SV%. He is elite, but tonight’s matchup is real tough. The Blues have won 10 of their last 11 games.

Krejci’s status for Tuesday’s game in unclear.

Krejci has missed the last four games with a hip injury, but was on the ice for the Bruins morning skate today and could return to the lineup. Head coach Claude Julien said that they will make a decision on Krejci’s status closer to game-time. If he can't go the Bruins will recall a forward from Providence.

Rask leads the Bruins onto the ice for warmups.

Rask allowed two goals on 28 shots in the Bruins win over the Devils on Monday. He has won four straight while allowing just seven goals on 102 shots (.931 SV%). He is a must start in all formats, even against a Maple Leafs team who average 2.71 goals per game.

Bruins head coach Claude Julien called tonight's starting goalie a game-time decision.

The Bruins have a back-to-back tonight and tomorrow but Tuukka Rask has already started both games of a back-to-back once this season (Oct 8-9). He was not on the ice for the morning skate which suggests he might get the nod tonight, but we will have to wait until warmups to confirm that.

Tuukka Rask
Johnson suffered an undisclosed injury on Tuesday and did not return.

Johnson left the game in the third period after he was checked by Hawks’ defenseman Brent Seabrook. Head coach Jon Cooper did not have an update on Johnson after the game so expect an update on Wednesday or Thursday.

Tyler Johnson
Krejci (hip) will not play on the Bruins two-game road trip.

Krejci’s lingering hip pain will keep him in Boston this week as the team travels to Toronto and Montreal on Wednesday and Thursday. Chris Kelly will remain in the top-6 with Krejci out. The next game he could be back for would be Saturday, at home vs. the Hurricanes.

David Krejci
Rask will start vs. the Devils.

Rask gave up two goals on 26 shots in the Bruins’ 5-2 win over the Oilers on Thursday. Rask has now won three in a row and five of his last six, while posting a 2.16 GAA and .929 SV%. He is a must-start against a .500 Devils team who have lost three in a row.
