The Minnesota Wild has swapped a couple of forwards with Iowa (AHL). The club has recalled forward Erik Haula from the Iowa Wild and reassigned forward Jason Zucker.

Zucker was recalled on December 10 and appeared in Wednesday’s game at Anaheim. The 21-year-old has registered 18 shots in seven games with Minnesota this season and owns seven points (4G / 3A) in 33 career NHL games with the Wild. Zucker has tallied 12 points (7G / 5A) and 49 PIMs in 16 games with Iowa this season.

Reimer leads the Leafs onto the ice for warmups; he starts.

Reimer gave up three goals on 50 shots (.940 SV%) in a 4-3 shootout win over the Senators last Saturday. He has allowed three goals in each of his last three starts, but he's seen 119 shots combined so a .924 SV% points to how well he is playing. He draws a really tough matchup tonight in St. Louis.

Reimer expected to start for the Maple Leafs.

Reimer gave up three goals on 50 shots (.940 SV%) in a 4-3 shootout win over the Senators last Saturday. He has allowed three goals in each of his last three starts, but he's seen 119 shots combined so a .924 SV% suggests he is still playing very well. He draws a really tough matchup tonight in St. Louis.

Bishop starts for the Lightning.

Bishop was banged up for five goals on 31 shots (.839 SV%) in a 6-5 shootout loss to the Capitals on Tuesday. The Lightning did not play great and the game was a constant parade to the penalty box for both teams. As I always say, a matchup with Alex Ovechkin is dangerous and boy was that ever true on Tuesday. The Russian sniper potted four of the Capitals five goals. He draws a slightly easier matchup against a Red Wings team struggling to close out games.

Ben Bishop
Bishop starts for the Lightning.

Bishop turned aside 33 of 34 shots in a 3-1 win over the Senators last Thursday. Bishop has been great lately - he has allowed only five goals in his last five starts while posting a .969 SV%. He carries a 5-3-1 / 1.97 GAA / .932 SV% road record into Washington tonight to take on the Capitals.

Reimer leads the Leafs onto the ice for warmups.

Reimer stopped 37 of 40 shots in a loss to the Sharks in Tuesday. It was a good performance from Reimer, but it was not enough to get the W. He was pulled after allowing four goals on 21 shots in a 5-4 loss to the Senators on October 5. Besides that game, Reimer has been great against the Sens, posting an 8-1-1 record against them in his career.

No surprise that Ben Bishop will get the start in net

Bishop allowed one goal on 21 shots, but still walked away with the loss on Tuesday. The Lightning couldn't beat a combination of Sergei Bobrovsky and Curtis McElhinney. Despite only walking away with one win in his last four starts, Bishop has been fantastic, posting a 0.99 GAA and .969 SV%.

Ben Bishop
Reimer starts for the Leafs.

Reimer allowed three goals on 29 shots in a overtime loss to the Sabres on Friday. The loss moved him to 2-3-1 with a 3.03 GAA and .916 SV% in November. Reimer will look to get off to a hot start in December when he takes on the Sharks tonight. It will be Reimer's third career start vs. San Jose, he is 1-1-0 in the first two.

Bishop starts for the Lightning.

Bishop left practice on Tuesday with an apparent hand injury, but he will be between the pipes today. The injury was obviously nothing serious as he faces the Penguins tonight. It is a very difficult matchup, but Bishop has stopped 78 of the last 79 shots he's faced in his last two starts.

Ben Bishop
James Reimer expected to start tonight in Buffalo.

Reimer allowed six goals on 21 shots in a blowout 6-0 loss to the Blue Jackets on Monday. After the ugly loss, Reimer gets a good opportunity to get back on track with the Maple Leafs in Buffalo. The Sabres are 5-20-1… I'd say you start him.

The Lightning seemed to dodge a bullet Wednesday as G Ben Bishop left the morning skate with a yelp of pain after taking a puck off his right hand near his thumb.

Excellent news for the Lightning and Bishop owners as it looks like he'll be able to make his next start. Bishop has a sparkling 14-3-1 record and is finally providing the Lightning with reliable goaltending.

Bishop (hand) left the ice in frustration after taking a shot in the hand this morning.

Anders Lindback will start tonight, but not because Bishop is hurt, because it was scheduled. Bishop or coach Jon Cooper offered much insight on the injury other that to say "I'm OK" and "he is fine. It sounds like the Lightning dodged a bullet and Bishop could be in net on Friday. Monitor his status tomorrow and Friday just to be sure that he is fine.

Bishop starts for the Lightning.

Bishop allowed one goal on 41 shots on Friday, however that goal came in overtime which means it was the game-winner. It was a tough loss for Bishop, who has now dropped three straight. It is not surprising that the Lightning are struggling to score without Steven Stamkos. They have just six goals in their last four games and until they start scoring, their success hinges on Ben Bishop's efforts in net.

James Reimer makes back-to-back starts for the first time this month. He goes tonight against Columbus.

Reimer was great on Saturday stopping 49 of 50 shots in a 2-1 shootout win over the Capitals. It was his second straight win and sixth of the season. He will take on the Blue Jackets at home tonight where he is 4-0-0 with a 1.96 GAA and .951 SV%.

James Reimer
Reimer stats vs. Washington.

Reimer allowed two goals on 35 shots in a 4-2 win over the Bruins on November 16. He gets the nod tonight at home against the Capitals. Reimer is 3-0-0 with a 2.27 GAA and .939 SV% at the ACC this season. He also won his only start against the Capitals last season.

James Reimer
Bishop starts in Anaheim.

Bishop gave up five goals on 31 shots in a loss to the Kings on Tuesday. It was his second rough outing that resulted in a loss but he will look to snap the Lightning's three game skid tonight vs. Anaheim. He stopped 24 of 25 shots in a win over the Ducks in Tampa Bay on November 14.
