Greenway travelled to Nashville for Thursday's game but woke up "not feeling well" which has led to speculation that he could be dealing with a concussion. Victor Rask will draw into the lineup for Greenway, who will have some time to recover before Minnesota's next game, which doesn't come until Sunday.
Bishop stopped 38 of 39 shots in the Stars win in Philadelphia last Saturday. With Anton Khudobin starting on Monday, Bishop comes into Thursday's game well-rested. Bishop has lost five of his first seven starts with a .913 SV% but the Stars are starting to play better hockey and he has a solid matchup vs. a Ducks team averaging just 2.40 GF/gm (27th in the NHL).

As rough of a start as it has been, Bishop should be one of the best options on tonight’s six-game slate. The Blue Jackets are 2-3-0 and are averaging just 2.20 goals per game (t-26th).

Sheahan has missed the first two games of the year but will make his Oilers debut on Tuesday. He will centre the fourth line with Jujhar Khaira and Patrick Russell on his wings.

Timmins, who did not record a point while averaging just 10:24 TOI/gm in his first two career NHL games, heads to the Eagles where he’ll play a much larger role. The 2017 second-round pick (No.32 overall) had 41 points (8G / 33A) in 36 OHL games last year and will be a quality offensive defensman for the Eagles.

This comes as no surprise because Tuch is expected to miss at least a couple of weeks. Tuch is officially listed as week-to-week, so expect an update on his status in mid-October. Cody Glass will get a huge early-season look while Tuch is on the mend.
Sheahan was set to open the season as the Oilers’ fourth-line centre but will miss at least one week. Colby Cave will take over as Edmonton’s fourth-line pivot while Sheahan is out.
