Frost was pulled from Tuesday's game and entered COVID-19 protocol. As of now, he's the only Flyers player who has tested positive.

The Devils are going through a small COVID-19 outbreak, so Studenic and Kevin Bahl were recalled from Utica as reinforcements. Bahl has two assists in 19 AHL games this season.

Farabee is week-to-week with an upper-body injury that he suffered in Need York on December 1st. He was moved to IR on Thursday to open up a roster spot to call Jackson Cates up from the AHL.

Sharangovich has been a healthy scratch for the last two games but will replace Tyce Thompson in the lineup on Saturday afternoon. Sharangovich has three assists and 14 shots in 10 games this season.

Middleton has missed the last six games while on the COVID-19 reserve list but should be back in the lineup on Saturday. With Middleton back, Artemi Kniazev was reassigned to the AHL.




With Strome out for Saturday's game in Montreal, Filip Chytil will likely move up to the second line with Artemi Panarin. Kaapo Kakko was elevated to PP1 as well.
