Derick Brassard found himself back on the shelf over the weekend, so Frost may be back in the Flyers' lineup on Tuesday. Frost has split his time between the AHL and NHL pretty equally this season. He's posted 18 points (5G / 13A) in 20 AHL games and has seven points (2G / 5A) in 26 NHL games.

Whitecloud missed the Golden Knights' final game before the All-Star break and will miss at least the first two games after. For now, he's been ruled out for the two-game road trip, so monitor his status as the Golden Knights return home for next Wednesday's game vs. the Avalanche.


Middleton has been out since January 4th but will be back in the lineup on Tuesday. Middleton was playing well before getting hurt, scoring three goals with three assists (six points) in his last 16 games.

Frost missed Monday's practice and remains under the weather, so he'll be a game-time decision vs. the Jets. If Frost can't play, Connor Bunnaman will move up to the third line and Jackson Cates will draw into the lineup.

Hanley was on paternity leave recently and has often been a healthy scratch this season but will play Friday in Florida. Hanley will replace Andrej Sekera (COVID-19 protocol) in the lineup and skate on the third pair with Jani Hakanpaa.


Hunt will miss at least one week after being moved to IR on Friday. With Hunt and Julien Gauthier (COVID-19 protocol) out, the Rangers have recalled Jonny Brodzinski and Tim Gettinger from the taxi squad.

Hunt missed Friday's practice due to an upper-body injury and is questionable to play Saturday in Anaheim. If Hunt is not available vs. the Ducks, the Rangers will likely need to call someone up from their taxi squad to replace him.

Middleton left Tuesday's game with an upper-body injury and did not return after being hit from behind by Givani Smith. Marc-Edouard Vlasic will replace him in Buffalo.

Wolf, who is 14-0-2 with a 1.84 GAA and .940 SV% in 16 AHL games this season, will backup Jacob Markstrom on Thursday.

Huberdeau tested out of COVID-19 protocol and will be available for Wednesday's game vs. the Rangers. With Huberdeau in, the Panthers are nearly at 100 percent. He has 33 points (10G / 23A) in 29 games this season.

The Panthers placed four new players in COVID-19 protocol on Sunday, the same day that they activated eight players from the list. With Huberdeau likely out until the middle of next week, Frank Vatrano moved up into the top-6 in Monday's practice.

Farabee has missed the last seven games with an upper-body injury but will draw back into the lineup on Saturday. Farabee, who has seven goals and three assists in 21 games, will be on the top line with Sean Couturier and Travis Konecny.
