Andersen will start Tuesday in Los Angeles.

Andersen allowed one goal on 39 shots in the Maple Leafs win over the Devils last Friday. Garret Sparks gave him the night off on Saturday, so Andersen will kick-off the Maple Leafs road-trip tonight in Los Angeles. The Kings are starting their third-string goalie and Andersen is 5-0-0 with a 2.20 GAA, .932 SV% and one shutout on the road.

Kase (concussion) is expected to make his season debut on Monday.

Kase missed the first 18 games of the season but is expected to play Monday vs. the Predators. Kase skated on the Ducks second line with Ryan Kesler and Nick Ritchie on Sunday and should make his debut there. The 23-year-old had 20 goals and 18 assists (38 points) in 66 games with the Ducks last season.

Andersen will start Friday vs. the Devils.

Andersen allowed one goal on 37 shots in the Maple Leafs win over the Golden Knights on Tuesday. Andersen has been brilliant as of late, going 4-2-0 with a 1.52 GAA, .951 SV% and one shutout in his last six starts. The Maple Leafs have done well without Auston Matthews, but continue to struggle on home-ice, to no fault of Andersen. He is 3-5-0 despite posting a 2.17 GAA and .927 SV% at Scotiabank Arena.

Jost (head) could return to the Avalanche lineup on Wednesday.

Jost has been sidelined since October 26th, but could be back tonight vs. the Predators. Jost’s status will be determined after the morning skate, so keep an eye on him this afternoon. Jost had a slow start to the season, picking up just one goal and one assist (two points) in 11 games.

Andersen stopped all 31 shots that he faced in the Maple Leafs shutout win in Pittsburgh on Saturday. The win snapped a brief two-game losing skid for Andersen, who has won three of his last five while posting a 1.62 GAA, .946 SV% and one shutout. The 29-year-old is surprisingly 2-5-0 in seven starts at Scotiabank Arena this season.

Andersen allowed two goals on 33 shots in the Maple Leafs loss to the Flames on Monday. Andersen will be making his sixth consecutive start tonight and comes in having allowed just 10 goals on 158 shots (.937 SV%) in his previous five games. In his first start vs. Dallas this season, Andersen made 30 saves on 34 shots in a 7-4 Maple Leafs win.
