Foligno suffered an upper-body injury midway though Monday's loss to the Ducks. He will not travel on their upcoming three-game road trip, so Jesper Froden was recalled and will join the team.
The Jets have added Dominic Toninato to the COVID-19 protocol list.
Toninato will not be available for Tuesday's game vs. the Panthers, so look for Evgeny Svechnikov to replace him on the Jets' fourth line.
Teravainen (lower-body) will be a game-time decision on Tuesday.
Teravainen missed Saturday's game in New Jersey but has been on the ice for Monday's practice and Tuesday's morning skate, but remains a game-time decision for tonight's game vs. Vegas. Monitor Teravainen's status when the Hurricanes hit the ice for warmups at 6:30 PM ET.

Jake DeBrusk may be activated from the COVID-19 protocol list to replace Foligno in the Bruins' bottom-6.

The Blackhawks have acquired Sam Lafferty from the Penguins for Alex Nylander.
Lafferty was a fourth-round pick in 2014 and is in his third season with the Penguins. The 26-year-old winger has picked up just two assists in 10 games this season.
