The Ducks have recalled Anton Khudobin from San Diego (AHL).
With John Gibson out due to an upper-body injury, Khudobin has been recalled to backup Frederik Andersen on Monday. Khudobin has posted a 7-6-1 record with a 2.69 GAA and .907 SV% in 14 games with San Diego.

Brossoit will make his season debut on Saturday.
Brossoit stopped 49 of 51 shots in an Oilers win in his NHL debut last April. Tonight will be his second career NHL game with Cam Talbot out with an illness. The 22-year-old netminder has gone 14-8-3 with a 2.70 GAA and .921 SV% in 26 starts with Bakersfield (AHL) this season.

The Oilers have recalled Laurent Brossoit from Bakersfield (AHL).
Foligno (upper-body) will return to the Blue Jackets lineup on Saturday.
Foligno has missed the last six games with an upper-body injury, but will return to the lineup tonight in Boston. Foligno is nowhere near his 2014-15 self, but does have 25 points (6G / 19A) in 39 games.
The Blue Jackets have activated Nick Foligno (upper-body) from IR.
Foligno has missed the past six games after suffering an upper body injury on January 8 at Carolina. He has registered six goals and 19 assists for 25 points with 30 penalty minutes in 39 games this season. Expect him to return to the lineup on Saturday.

Anton Khudobin was expected to serve as John Gibson’s backup for a second straight game, but Frederik Andersen was deemed healthy enough to dress, so Khudobin was reassigned. Khudobin has gone 4-4-1 with a 2.60 GAA and .911 SV% in nine games with San Diego.

Foligno (upper-body) has been placed on IR; out indefinitely.
Foligno left Friday’s game with an upper-body injury that he suffered when he was hit hight by Hurricanes’ forward Brad Malone. He looked dazed, so the immediate concern was a concussion and his movement to IR suggests that could be the case. With Foligno out, the Blue Jackets have recalled Kerby Rychel from Lake Erie (AHL).

Foligno left Friday’s game after catching a hit to the head from Hurricanes’ forward Brad Malone. Foligno appeared to be dazed, so the immediate concern is that he suffered a concussion. Continue to monitor his status as game-time approaches.
Foligno (undisclosed) will return to the Blue Jackets lineup on Tuesday.

Teravainen (upper-body) "could play" on Friday in Anaheim.
Teravainen has missed the last three games with an upper-body injury, but it looks like he could return tonight in Anaheim. Teravainen has nine points (4G / 5A) in 18 games this season.
Burakovsky (healthy scratch) will be back in the Capitals lineup on Wednesday.

Khudobin stopped all 11 shots that he faced after replacing Frederik Andersen in the Ducks loss in Nashville last Tuesday. Khudobin has gone 3-3-0 with a 2.44 GAA and .917 SV% in six starts plus that relief appearance this season. He has been very up and down, but draws a strong matchup vs. an 8-12-1 Flames team that ranks 23rd in the NHL in scoring.
