With Alex Wennberg and Joonas Donskoi both out with upper-body injuries, Lind is expected to be in the Kraken lineup on Saturday. Lind has two assists in five NHL games this season and 35 points (17G / 18A) in 46 AHL games.

Pavelski's new deal will pay him $5.5 million in base salary and $500K in games played incentives--$100K for each of 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 games played. Pavelski is having another terrific season in Dallas, scoring 22 goals with 37 assists (59 points) in 56 games. He has shown tremendous chemistry with Roope Hintz and Jason Robertson, and that line will live on for at least one more season.


Heiskanen has been diagnosed with mononucleosis and is out indefinitely. The Stars have placed him on IR retroactive to March 2nd, meaning he's eligible to return to the lineup whenever he is healthy, but mononucleosis is likely to sideline him for a lengthy period of time.

Heiskanen will miss his third straight game with an illness but head coach Rick Bowness said that he should play Saturday vs. the Rangers.
