Chiasson (knee) has been activated from IR and will play on Saturday.

Chiasson has missed the last three games with a knee injury but will play Saturday in Los Angeles. Chiasson was hot before getting hurt, scoring five goals with two assists in his last nine games. However, he will start on a line with Ryan Nugent-Hopkins and not Connor McDavid on Saturday.

Gibson suffered an upper-body injury in the first period of Thursday’s game and did not return for the second period. The Ducks recalled Kevin Boyle from San Diego (AHL) on Friday, which suggests that Gibson will not be available for Saturday’s game. Look for Chad Johnson to start while Gibson is sidelined.

Talbot has been better under defensive-minded coach Ken Hitchcock but still remains a risky fantasy option and the No.2 netminder on his own team. While St. Louis has had their own struggles this year, they possess enough fire-power to make it a difficult night for Talbot.

Tonight he faces his hometown team in Pittsburgh—in his career he is 3-3-0 with a 3.73 GAA and .889 SV% vs. the Penguins.

In three starts under Ken Hitchcock, Talbot has gone 2-1-0 with a 2.29 GAA and .925 SV%. He has a difficult task tonight in Winnipeg—the Jets are 11-4-2 on home-ice this season.
