Dach was placed on the injured reserve with an ankle injury before the start of the season and has now been assigned to the Rockford IceHogs of the AHL. The 62nd overall pick in the 2022 NHL Entry Draft has yet to play a game at the professional level and is coming off a season in the WHL where he scored 27 points (12G / 15A) in 23 games.

Jarry will return to the Penguins' crease after serving as backup to Alex Nedeljkovic in a 4-1 loss to the Dallas Stars on Tuesday. After a hot start to the season where he registered a .944 SV% in his first two games (1-1-0), he has since sported an ugly .833 SV% in his two games since (0-2-0). The Penguins have hit a rough patch as a whole, losing three straight games and being outscored 14-6 in the process. Jarry and the Penguins will have their work cut out for them on Thursday as they are facing a Colorado Avalanche team that has yet to lose a game (6-0-0).

Ingram will return to the crease on Tuesday for his third game, as the Coyotes continue to split time between their two netminders early this season. Ingram has played well to start the season, posting a 2.02 GAA and .926 SV% in two games (1-1-0). The Coyotes are +161 road underdogs against a Los Angeles Kings team that is scoring (4.20 GF/GP) almost as much as they are allowing (3.80 GA/GP).

McDavid left Saturday's game after picking up an upper-body injury in the third period. The Oilers announced that he's expected to miss at least one week, so expect him to miss the next three games, including the Heritage Classic next Sunday.

Savoie suffered the injury in the final game of the Sabres' Prospect Showcase in September. The 19-year-old is one of the Sabres' top prospects and is coming off of a season where he had 95 points (38G / 57A) in 62 games with the Winnipeg Ice (WHL).

McDavid appeared to be in some discomfort and was seen grabbing his left side after a shift late in the third period. He did not return for the final 4:20 of the third or the overtime period. Oilers head coach Jay Woodcroft told reporters that he would have an update on the injury on Sunday, but that it appeared to be "more muscular" in nature. The 2022-23 Hart Trophy winner is enjoying another otherworldly start to this year's campaign, with two goals and six assists to his name through the opening five games of the season.

Ingram has served as backup goalie to Karel Vejmelka in two of three games this season but will return to the pipes on Thursday against the St. Louis Blues. In his only game thus far, Ingram came short of securing a victory for the Coyotes despite allowing only two goals on 28 shots in a 2-1 loss to the New York Rangers. Early on, the Coyotes seem committed to a two-goalie system but any false step could give more security to the other. The Coyotes are slight -102 road underdogs against a Blue team that has only scored two goals in their first two games (1-0-1).

Jarry will get his third start of the season for the Penguins who, after losing their season opener, have convincingly won two games in a row, outscoring their opposition 9-2. In Jarry's two games so far (1-1-0), he has a terrific 1.53 GAA and .944 SV%. Tonight, Jarry and the Penguins (-122 road favourites) face off against the Detroit Red Wings, who are also off to a hot start as well, outscoring opponents 13-8 in their first three games (2-1-0). Though the Red Wings have an improved offence this season, Jarry posted a .950 SV% and 1.01 GAA in his only meeting against them last season.

Brown was a healthy scratch for Arizona's victory over the Rangers on Monday but will draw back into the lineup Tuesday vs. the New York Islanders. The 29-year-old defensemen will be replacing Troy Stecher in the Coyotes' lineup. In his one-game of action this season, he has one SOG through 13:14 TOI.

Brown collected 13:14 TOI in the Coyotes' season opening win vs. New Jersey but will be the odd man out as he is a healthy scratch Monday for Troy Stecher. The 29-year-old defenseman is coming off a four goal, three assist, 87 PIM season across 68 games played in 2022-23 and is playing in his sixth NHL season and has eight goals and 24 points in 240 career games played.

Roslovic was a late scratch in the Blue Jackets second game of the season but is expected to return to the lineup on Monday night against the Red Wings. Roslovic will likely find himself back on the fourth line with Sean Kuraly and Emil Bemstrom. He had zero shots and a -1 plus/minus rating in 9:31 time-on-ice in his only game this season.
