Bobrovsky will start Tuesday vs. the Flyers.

Bobrovsky gave up three goals on 33 shots in the Panthers' 4-3 win over the Rangers on Saturday. The win snapped a four-game losing streak for Bobrovsky, who is now 4-2-2 with a 3.54 GAA, .887 SV% and one shutout on home-ice this season. Tonight he faces a Flyers team that has lost three straight and recently recalled Morgan Frost to try and help boost their offence.

The Hurricanes have recalled Eetu Luostarinen from Charlotte (AHL).

Luostarinen, 21, appeared in three games with the Hurricanes while Erik Haula was out. He will likely head out to Chicago to serve as an extra forward and will head back to the AHL when the Hurricanes return home. Luostarinen has five goals and three assists (eight points) in 12 AHL games.

The Capitals have recalled Vitek Vanecek from Hershey (AHL).

This is a salary cap related move. The Capitals need a forward because Nic Dowd and Carl Hagelin are out, so Vanecek comes up and the higher-paid Ilya Samsonov heads to the AHL for the game. The move opened up enough cap space for Travis Boyd to be called up. Samsonov will likely swap spots with Vanecek next week.

Bobrovsky will start Saturday vs. the Rangers.

Bobrovsky surrendered four goals on 30 shots in the Panthers loss to the Jets on Thursday. Bobrovsky's struggles continued, resulting in him going 0-2-1 with a 4.17 and .875 SV% in his last four starts. The Panthers are trying to get their No.1 netminder going, so they'll come right back to him on Saturday night. Tonight he faces a Rangers team that is 3-3-0 with 2.83 goals per game on the road.

Boqvist will be back in the Devils lineup on Friday.

Boqvist has bounced in-and-out of the New Jersey lineup early-on, appearing in just six games total. The 2017 No.36 overall pick put up strong numbers in Sweden last season but is still searching for his first career NHL point. On Friday, he will skate with Jack Hughes and Jesper Bratt.

Bobrovsky will start Thursday vs. the Jets.

Bobrovsky was pulled after he allowed four goals on 23 shots in the Panthers come-from-behind win in Boston on Tuesday. Despite Samuel Montembeault playing very well in relief, the Panthers will stick with their $70 million dollar man on Thursday night. The Jets are struggling mightily to score goals right now so maybe this is an opportunity to get Bob back on track.

Bobrovsky will start Tuesday in Boston.

Bobrovsky stopped 34 of 36 shots in the Panthers' loss to the Islanders on Saturday. He played very well but it wasn't quite good enough because Thomas Greiss was terrific on the other end. Boqvist will be back in the Devils lineup on Saturday.

Boqvist has been a healthy scratch for five games but will replace John Hayden in the lineup on Saturday. Boqvist will play on the second line with Wayne Simmonds moving down to take Hayden's spot. Boqvist has no points and just one shot in two games this season.
