Bobrovsky will start Tuesday in Colorado.

Bobrosky allowed two goals on 31 shots (.935 SV%) for his second win in three starts as he beat Detroit in his previous time out. The 34-year-old is one of many veteran netminders who have struggled this season, with his 9-12-1 record, .895 SV% and 3.26 GAA. He will face the Colorado Avalanche, who just snapped a five-game losing streak with a 3-2 overtime win over Edmonton in their previous game.

Nolan Foote has been recalled from Utica (AHL).

Foote has 13 goals, six assists, 10 PIMs and a -1 plus/minus through 33 games with Utica (AHL) but has earned the call-up to New Jersey for the first time this season Tuesday. The 2019 1st-round pick (27th overall) has previously played in 13 NHL games across the past two seasons, with four goals, two assists and a +2 plus/minus rating.

Bobrovsky will start Friday in Detroit.

Bobrovsky allowed five goals on 28 shots (.821 SV%) for his third loss in four starts as he was defeated by the New York Rangers his last time out. The 34-year-old has been struggling all season, with his 8-12-1 record, 3.32 GAA and .894 SV%. He will take on the Detroit Red Wings, who lost their last game 5-1 vs. New Jersey and are 21st in the NHL in goals per game (3.06).

Jack Studnicka will draw back into the Canucks' lineup Thursday.

Studnicka was a healthy scratch for the Canucks' previous game but will draw back into the lineup Thursday vs. Colorado in place of Lane Pederson. The 23-year-old Windsor native has two goals, three points, 24 SOG and a -5 plus/minus while filling a bottom-six role through 18 games this season with Vancouver.

MacKenzie Entwistle has been placed on injured reserve retroactive to Dec. 27th (right wrist).

Entwistle last played Dec. 27th due to a right wrist injury keeping him out and has been placed on the injured reserve retroactively to that day. The 23-year-old winger has two goals, three assists, 25 SOG and a -7 plus/minus while filling a bottom-six role across 33 games prior to the injury.

Aleksander Barkov has been cleared and is expected to play Thursday (lower body).

Barkov has six goals, 16 assists, 82 SOG and a +5 plus/minus through 25 games played and is expected to return Thursday vs. Montreal. Barkov missed 15 games last season due to injury and will be hoping this is the last of his injuries this season after multiple trips so far to the shelf.

Bobrovsky will start Thursday vs. the Canadiens.

Bobrovsky allowed four goals on 42 shots (.905 SV%) as he was handed his third loss in four starts in his previous game vs. the New York Islanders. It has been a year to forget for the 34-year-old, who is 7-11-1 with a 3.29 GAA and .895 SV%. He will face the Montreal Canadiens, who have lost six of their last seven games after a 4-1 loss to Tampa in their last game.

Ekblad was considered day-to-day with an upper-body injury but it seems will not miss any time as he is expected to be in the Panthers' lineup Thursday vs. Montreal. The 26-year-old has had another injury-riddled season, but still managed to put up four goals, 10 assists and 72 SOG through 24 games played
