Copley has been recalled from Ontario (AHL) to replace Cal Peterson, who was waived on Wednesday. Copley has enjoyed a strong season in the minors, with a 6-4-2 record, a 2.48 GAA and a .913 SV%. He will back-up Jonathan Quick on Thursday.

Kuemper stopped 31 of 32 shots (.969 SV%) to win his third straight contest with a victory over Vancouver in his last start. Kuemper has been solid in his first season in Washington, with a .917 SV%, 2.50 GAA and an 8-9-1 record. He will take on the surging Seattle Kraken who are in the middle of a six-game winning streak.


Laughton will return from injured reserve after missing the Flyers' last four games due to an upper-body injury. The 28-year-old will have a welcome return for Philadelphia who has lost ten straight games. Laughton has three goals and seven points with 44 SOG while averaging a career-high 19:09 TOI.

Kuemper stopped 21 of 23 shots (.913 SV%) beating Philadelphia in his previous start. He has been decent in his first season with Washington, posting a 6-9-1 record along with a .908 SV% and 2.77 GAA. He takes on the Calgary Flames who rank third in the NHL in shots per game with 35.7.

Burroughs hasn't played since Nov.15th but will draw back into the Canucks' lineup Wednesday. The 27-year-old defensemen has a goal, 17 PIMs and 12 SOG through 10 games this season.

He had three goals and seven points with a -10 plus/minus and 44 SOG prior to the injury.

The 29-year-old has struggled this season to a record of 3-6-1 with a 3.6 GAA and .899 SV%. He faces off against the plummeting Buffalo Sabres who will be looking to get in the win column for the first time in seven games.
