The 27-year-old Gustavsson has a 2.84 GAA and .880 SV% in his last four games (1-2-1). Minnesota enters Monday's contest as slight -102 road underdogs against a Toronto Maple Leafs team that is 7-2-1 in its last 10 games.

Aube-Kubel has been recalled from Iowa (AHL).

With Matt Boldy (undisclosed) and Joel Eriksson Ek (lower body) on Injured Reserve, Minnesota has recalled Hunter Haight and Nicolas Aube-Kubel from Iowa (AHL). The 29-year-old Aube-Kubel is an NHL veteran of 308 games, but has spent most of the season in the AHL. He has one assist in four games with Minnesota this season.

With Matt Boldy (undisclosed) and Joel Eriksson Ek (lower body) on Injured Reserve, Minnesota has recalled Hunter Haight and Nicolas Aube-Kubel from Iowa (AHL). The 21-year-old Haight made his NHL debut earlier this season, playing two games. He remains in search of his first career point.

Eriksson Ek exited last Thursday's 3-2 overtime win over the Seattle Kraken after only 7:57 time-on-ice due to an undisclosed injury and has not played since. The 28-year-old Eriksson Ek is averaging 19:34 time-on-ice and has 32 points (11G / 21A) in 45 games this season. He on Saturday afternoon against the Buffalo Sabres, but his placement on Injured Reserve suggests he may miss at least one more game.

Boldy (undisclosed) has been placed on IR.

Boldy showed no signs of an ailment in yesterday's 6-2 loss to the Winnipeg Jets, but has surfaced on Injured Reserve and will miss at least the next four games before he is eligible to return to the lineup. The 24-year-old Boldy is having an outstanding season, with 51 points (27G / 24A) in 48 games this season. That said, he is amid his worst stretch of the season, with only four points (2G / 2A) in his last eight games.

Eriksson Ek is out vs. Winnipeg on Thursday but will travel with Minnesota on their upcoming road trip.

Eriksson Ek exited last Thursday's 3-2 overtime win over the Seattle Kraken after only 7:57 time-on-ice due to an undisclosed injury and has not played since. Bogosian has not played since January 3rd and remains on Injured Reserve because of a lower-body injury. The 35-year-old veteran defenseman is averaging 14:52 time-on-ice and has four points (1G / 3A) in 23 games this season.

Brodin (lower-body) is considered week-to-week.

Brodin has already missed five games this season due to injuries and is inline to miss at least several more, out week-to-week with a lower-body injury. The 32-year-old Brodin is averaging 21:20 time-on-ice and has 15 points (3G / 12A) in 42 games this season.

Wallstedt will start vs. Winnipeg on Thursday.

Wallstedt stormed onto the NHL radar this season, starting the season with a phenomenal 2.04 GAA and .936 SV% in his first 13 games (10-1-2). That said, the 23-year-old Swedish goalie is battling some adversity for the first time this season, allowing three or more goals in five of his last six games (2-2-2), posting a far less impressive 3.52 GAA and .889 SV%. That said, Minnesota still enters Thursday's contest as -133 home favorites against a Winnipeg Jets team that has seemingly turned a corner, following up its dreadful 11-game losing streak (0-7-4) with three straight wins.

Wallstedt will start vs. New Jersey on Monday.

Minnesota has lost three of its last four games (1-1-2) and will turn to Wallstedt on Monday against the New Jersey Devils. The 23-year-old Wallstedt was excellent in his most recent game, saving 26 of 28 shots (.929 SV%) in a 3-2 overtime win over the Seattle Kraken, but has not been as dominant as he was earlier in the season. Wallstedt has followed up a 7-0-0 run in which he posted a dazzling 1.04 GAA and .971 SV% with a 4-2-2 record and 3.02 GAA and .903 SV% in his subsequent eight games. Minnesota enters Monday's contest as -165 home favorites against a reeling Devils team that has been outscored 20-5 during a four-game losing streak (0-4-0).
