Matt Murray was a late scratch on Sunday night, so Gustavsson comes up, presumably to backup Joey Daccord on Monday. The Senators did not have an update on Murray's status this morning, so it's unclear how long Gustavsson will be with the team.

Petersen missed Wednesday's game after being added to the COVID-19 protocol list but was activated today, suggesting it was a false positive test. Troy Grosenick filled in admirably for Petersen vs. the Ducks, so it's unclear who will start Friday.

Hartman has missed the last five games with a lower-body injury but is set to return to the lineup on Friday. Hartman, who has three goals and six assists in 19 games this season, will centre the third line with Zach Parise and Kevin Fiala on his wings.

Fleury was added to the COVID-19 reserve list on Thursday night, making it unlikely that he'll be available for Friday's game. With Robin Lehner on a conditioning loan in the AHL, either Logan Thompson or Oscar Dansk will likely start in St. Louis.

Tarasenko has had three shoulder surgeries in 28 months but appears ready to make his season debut on Saturday night. Tarasenko is expected to replace Nathan Walker in the lineup and skate on a line with Brayden Schenn and David Perron. The last time we saw Tarasenko, he had 10 points (3G / 7A) in 10 games.
