Allen will start his first game since January 8th.

Allen allowed two goals on 17 shots after replacing the injured Brian Elliott in the Blues loss to San Jose on Monday. With Elliott out, Allen will take over as the Blues’ No. 1 starter tonight vs. the Rangers. Allen has gone 11-7-1 with a 1.98 GAA and .924 SV% in 18 starts and one relief appearance at Scottrade Center this season.

Bernier starts Thursday vs. the Hurricanes.

Bernier was pulled after he allowed three goals on 13 shots in the Maple Leafs’ loss to the Flyers last Saturday. Bernier is 0-2-0 with a 4.09 GAA and .843 SV% in his last four appearances. He has struggled all year and things aren’t going to get better as the Maple Leafs approach the trade deadline and continue to dismantle their roster.

Dillon (upper-body) will miss his sixth straight game on Monday.

Dillon suffered an upper-body injury back on February 9th and will not play Monday, but could be back for Wednesday’s contest. Dillon has just six points (1G / 5A) in 52 games this season. With Dillon out and Roman Polak not expected to play, Matt Tennyson will remain in the lineup.

Markstrom surrendered five goals on 34 shots in the Canucks loss to the Wild on Monday. With Ryan Miller having a rough outing last night, look for Markstrom to go tonight in Calgary. Markstrom has won four of his last five while posting a 2.36 GA and .926 SV%. Tonight he faces a Flames team that has lost three straight.

Bernier allowed three goals on 19 shots in the Maple Leafs loss to the Rangers on Thursday. Despite the loss, Bernier will make back-to-back starts for the first time since early January. Bernier hasn’t won a game since January 6th and is a disastrous 6-15-3 with a 3.09 GAA and .898 SV% on the season. The Flyers may have lost to the Habs last night, but it’s still nearly impossible to trust Bernier.

Markstrom draws a great matchup vs. a Wild team that fired their coach on Saturday and come in on an eight-game losing streak.

Bernier gave up three goals on 17 shots after replacing James Reimer in the Maple Leafs loss to the Senators last Saturday. Tonight will be Bernier’s first start since January 27th as he looks for his first win since January 6th. Bernier is 0-3-0 with a 3.66 GAA and .885 SV% in his last four outings. Despite a decent matchup tonight, he can’t be trusted behind that putrid Maple Leafs lineup.

Markstrom allowed two goals on 30 shots in the Canucks win over the Bruins on January 21st. Ryan Miller started the last four games, but Markstrom will start the first game of their Tuesday-Wednesday back-to-back. Markstrom has won three straight starts while posting a 1.94 GAA and .939 SV%.

Bernier gave up three goals on 45 shots in the Maple Leafs loss in Boston on January 16th. James Reimer started the last four games, but Bernier will go tonight in the second game of a back-to-back. Bernier has lost two in a row while allowing a combined 10 goals and tonight he draws a brutal matchup in Tampa Bay. The Lightning have gone 8-2-0 in January.
