Hatakka was a healthy scratch in Colorado but will be back in the Sharks lineup in Minnesota. Hatakka will replace Radim Simek, who will be a healthy scratch.

With both Jonathan Marchessault and William Carrier landing on the COVID-19 protocol list, the Golden Knights have recalled Cotter and Sven Baertschi. Cotter had a goal in two games with the Golden Knights last week.

Allen will miss his second straight game on Tuesday but the Canadiens believe he could be back by the weekend. In the meantime, Cayden Primeau will start in New York.



Meier has missed the last five games while on the COVID-19 reserve list but should be back in the lineup on Saturday. With Meier back, John Leonard was reassigned to the AHL.


Hamilton has missed the last three games with a lower-body injury but the Devils anticipate him play on Thursday. Hamilton has two goals with four assists while averaging 21:56 TOI/gm through his first eight games with the Devils.





Cotter was a fourth-round pick of the Golden Knights in 2018 and is set to make his NHL debut after 102 games in the AHL. So far this season, the 21-year-old has two goals in eight games with Henderson (AHL).


Hamilton has missed the last two games with a lower-body injury but was on the ice this morning and will be a game-time decision vs. the Panthers. Hamilton has picked up two goals and four assists (six points) in his first eight games with the Devils.


Brown was added to the COVID-19 reserve list on Monday and is not expected to play on Tuesday. Egor Sokolov was recalled from the AHL and is expected to replace Brown in the lineup in Boston.
