Bear missed Thursday's game in Calgary due to an illness. He was on the ice for warmups but ended up being a late scratch, so monitor his status closely on Saturday.

Cizikas missed five games while in COVID-19 protocol but appears set to return to the lineup on Saturday. The fourth-line centre has yet to score while tallying just one assist in 16 games this season.





Luff spent the first few years of his career in the Kings organization but signed with the Predators this offseason. Luff has scored even goals with nine assists (16 points) in 200 AHL games with Milwaukee this season. He has 10 goals and seven assists (17 points) in 64 career NHL games.





Bear was in COVID-19 protocol and missed the last six games. He took regular reps in Friday's practice but remains a game-time decision for Saturday's game vs. the Sabres.


Pelech has been out since November 16th but is expected to play Thursday. Pelech should play a huge role with Ryan Pulock and Zdeno Chara still out. He has just two assists in 13 games this season.


With DeAngelo entering the NHL's COVID-19 protocol, his status for Tuesday's game is up in the air. DeAngelo could test out of protocol and join the team in Dallas, but for now, consider him doubtful.

Duclair was a late scratch on Friday and will not play Saturday vs. Seattle. The Panthers recalled Aleksi Heponiemi and he may draw into the lineup to replace Duclair.
