Veleno found himself in Chicago's press box for the first time since being acquired at the trade deadline last game but will return to the lineup on Thursday as he replaces Pat Maroon. The 25-year-old has endured a disappointing 2024-25 campaign between Detroit and Chicago, with just five goals and 10 points in 60 combined games played.

Blidh has 85 games of NHL experience, including one game with the Rangers this season, but has spent most of the 2024-25 campaign in the AHL. The 30-year-old forward has 28 points (17G / 11A) in 60 games with the Hartford Wolf Pack (AHL) this season.

The Rangers have lost two straight while desperately trying to stay in the mix for a Wild Card spot in the Eastern Conference and will hope for a better result with Shesterkin tending the twine on Thursday against the Toronto Maple Leafs. Despite a 2-1 loss, Shesterkin was excellent in his most recent outing, saving 33 of 35 shots against the Calgary Flames. The 29-year-old goalie has a 2.78 GA and .907 SV% in 51 games this season (23-24-4). The Rangers enter Thursday's contest as -125 home favorites against a Maple Leafs team that played last night and defeated the Colorado Avalanche 2-1.

Kartye will take a seat on Tuesday in favour of John Hayden. Kartye has four goals and four assists in 54 games this season.

Laba was a fourth-round pick, 111th overall, of the Rangers in the 2022 NHL Entry Draft. The 21-year-old forward has spent the previous three years at Colorado College, including scoring 26 points (10G / 16A) in 29 games this season.

The Rangers are in a heated battle for a Wild Card spot in the Eastern Conference and will roll with Shesterkin between the pipes for a fifth consecutive contest. Despite a modest 3-2-2 record in his last seven games, Shesterkin has played well, allowing only 14 total goals and posting a .922 SV%. The 29-year-old goalie has a 2.80 GAA and .907 SV% in 50 games this season (23-23-4). The Rangers enter the action on Tuesday as sizeable -207 home favorites against a Flames squad that lost 6-2 to the Toronto Maple Leafs last night.

Brennan Othmann will be a healthy scratch on Tuesday against the Calgary Flames, allowing Parssinen to re-enter the lineup. The 24-year-old Parssinen has only played four games with the Rangers this season, averaging 10:35 time-on-ice and scoring zero points.

The Bruins have been outscored 12-5 in their last two games (0-2-0) and will turn to Korpisalo between the pipes on Monday against the Buffalo Sabres. Korpisalo played well in relief in his most recent outing, saving 15 of 16 shots (.938 SV%) in a 6-3 loss to the Ottawa Senators. The 30-year-old goalie has a 2.78 GAA and .896 SV% in 22 games this season (10-7-2). The Bruins enter Monday's contest as +101 home underdogs against a Sabres team they defeated 7-2 on January 28th.



Fox is considered a game-time decision for Saturday but activating him from IR all but guarantees he will play in Columbus. Fox, who missed the last eight games, has five goals and 43 assists (48 points) in 58 games this season.

Shesterkin allowed two goals on 28 shots in the Rangers overtime win in Minnesota on Thursday. Tonight he'll start a massive game vs. the Blue Jackets, who the Rangers are battling for a Wild Card spot with. In his only start against Columbus this season, Shesterkin stopped all 27 shots that he faced in 1-0 shutout/shootout win.
