Del Gaizo was placed on waivers Thursday afternoon and still suited up for the Predators in the evening, recording 14:38 time-on-ice. The 25-year-old Del Gaizo has three points (0G / 3A), 28 blocks, and 35 hits in 21 games this season.

Kartye will take a seat on Thursday in order to make room for the debut of Kaapo Kakko. Kartye has three goals and three assists in 32 games this season.
