Anderson will start Sunday Monday vs. the Bruins.

Anderson allowed two goals on 27 shots in the Senators’ win over the Blue Jackets on Saturday. Anderson has won three straight while posting a 1.33 GAA and .955 SV% and tonight he will take the Bruins for the second time this season. He stopped 19 of 20 shots in a 3-1 win in the first meeting.

Anderson stopped 22 of 23 shots in the Senators win over the Avalanche on Thursday. Anderson has won four of his last five starts while posting an impressive 1.80 GAA and .948 SV%. Anderson has been one of the best goalies in the NHL during a very difficult season—he comes into tonight with a 9-5-1 record, 2.38 GAA and .921 SV% at home.

The Islanders have activated Travis Hamonic (knee) from IR; expected to play on Friday.

Hamonic has been sidelined by a knee injury since January 8th, but activating him suggests that he will be in the lineup tonight. Hamonic has two goals and 10 assists (12 points) in 35 games this season and should be replacing Scott Mayfield in the lineup.

Anderson made 37 saves on 38 shots in the Senators’ win in Florida on Sunday. Mike Condon started the second game of their back-to-back, but they’ll come back to Anderson tonight vs. Colorado. Anderson has gone 4-2-0 with a 1.84 GAA, .947 SV% and one shutout since returning to the Senators’ crease.

Hamonic (knee) has a "50-50" chance of playing on Thursday.

Hamonic has been sidelined with a knee injury since January 7th, but was on the ice for Tuesday’s practice and has a decent chance to be in the lineup on Thursday. Hamonic has two goals and 10 assists (12 points) in 35 games this season—monitor his status leading up to Thursday’s game.

Ullmark has gone 20-20-2 with a 2.90 GAA and. 910 SV% in 42 starts with Rochester (AHL) this season and tonight he will make his first NHL start of the season. He has gone 8-10-2 with a 2.61 GAA and .913 SV% in 20 career NHL games and he’ll face a Predators team on a three-game winning streak.

The Red Wings have signed Nick Jensen to a two-year extension worth $1.625M ($812.5K AAV).

Jensen, 26, has impressed the Red Wings since being called up in mid-December. The American-born defenseman has three goals and five assists (eight points) in 27 games with the Red Wings after he had six points (1G / 5A) in 27 games with the Griffins. He is a really strong skater and should be part as the Red Wings’ top-6 next season.

Anderson has won three of four starts while posting a 1.76 GAA, .944 SV% and one shutout since returning to the crease in mid-February. Anderson was excellent in his return to the crease on Saturday. The veteran netminder stopped all 33 shots that he faced to record his 13th win and fourth shutout in just 20 starts. It’s been a tough year off the ice, but a great year on the ice for Anderson, who will face the Sabres for the third time tonight. He went 0-2-0 with a 3.59 GAA and .883 SV% in the first two meetings.
