He is a must-start tonight vs. a Vegas team that has won three in a row.

Anderson has had a really tough go as of late, allowing a combined 21 goals on 156 shots (.865 SV%) in his last five starts. Despite the poor play, he is a decent option tonight against a sub-par Red Wings team.

Amadio, 21, was a third round pick (No.90 overall) in 2014 and has earned his first career call-up following a two-assist in five-game start to the AHL season. The Canadian-born forward had 41 points (16G / 25A) in 68 games with the Reign a season ago.

Forsberg allowed four goals on 43 shots in the Blackhawks’ loss in Toronto on October 9th. With Corey Crawford starting last night, Forsberg will make his second start of the season tonight vs. the Oilers. Edmonton is off to a terrible start to the season, but they still have Connor McDavid—making Forsberg a risky spot-start option.

After sitting out of the season opener, Cousins has been in the lineup for the last two games, failing to record a point, four shots and three hits. He’ll likely centre the fourth line with Jordan Martinook and Anthony Duclair on his wings.
Cousins is dealing with a lower-body injury and is listed as a game-time decision, but doesn’t carry a lot of fantasy value regardless of his status. Cousins has no points and three shots in two games so far this season.

Chabot, who was expected to make the opening night roster, has one goal and one assist in two games with Belleville (AHL). Look for Chabot to make his season debut on tomorrow in Vancouver.
Formenton, 18, was a second round pick (No.47 overall) in this summer’s draft and tonight he will play in his first NHL games. Formenton, who will replace fellow 2017 draft pick Logan Brown, had 34 points (16G / 18A) in 65 games with London (OHL) last season.

It was not a great start to the season for the veteran netminder, who will make his second start of the season tonight vs. Detroit. The Red Wings looked surprisingly good in their opener, but this is a pretty solid matchup for Anderson.
