Couturier (undisclosed) left Monday's game vs. the Islanders in the first but did not have an update post game.

Couturier played only 3:21 before exiting Monday's 4-3 loss to the New York Islanders with an undisclosed injury. The 31-year-old Couturier has only one point in his last 15 games and is averaging only 10:11 time-on-ice in the last six games since being a healthy scratch.

Dvorak (torn pectoral muscle) has been upgraded to day-to-day status and will likely play again by years end.

Dvorak will undergo surgery to repair a torn pectoral muscle early in January and was originally expected to miss the remainder of the season. Before his injury, Dvorak had two points (2G / 0A) in his last 10 games, playing predominantly alongside Cole Caufield and Juraj Slafkovsky.

Ersson will start Monday vs. the Islanders.

The Flyers have lost four straight and will turn to Ersson between the pipes on Monday against the New York Islanders. Ersson has lost three in a row, allowing five or more goals two times, including five on 24 shots (.792 SV%) in his most recent outing, a disappointing 5-1 blowout loss to the Chicago Blackhawks. The Flyers have two straight but will ride with Ersson in the crease for the second consecutive game on Thursday against the Montreal Canadiens. Ersson is coming off one of his worst performances of the season, allowing six goals on 27 shots (.778 SV%) in a 6-5 loss to the New York Rangers. Ersson was solid in his last outing against the Canadiens, saving 17 of 19 shots (.895 SV%) in a 3-2 shootout victory in January.

Zegras last played in early January and missed almost six weeks earlier with a lower-body injury he suffered on November 7th. The talented Zegras has been limited to only 20 games in an injury-riddled season, scoring seven points (4G / 3A) in a disappointing season riddled with injuries.

The Flyers will turn to Ersson on Tuesday against the New York Rangers after giving him the night off in their last game. Errson has allowed three or fewer goals in five straight (3-2-0), including saving 18 of 20 shots (.900 SV%) in a 3-2 victory over the Boston Bruins in his last outing. The Flyers enter action as +160 road underdogs against the Rangers.

Jiricek has been in Cleveland (AHL) since early January but will head back to Columbus on Thursday on an emergency basis. The 20-year-old rookie defenseman has played well despite only averaging 14:46 TOI per game this season, with a goal, eight assists, 33 SOG, 20 PIMs, and a -1 plus/minus through 36 games played.

Vladar's season has abruptly ended as the Czech netminder will undergo hip surgery. The 26-year-old backstop has struggled tremendously this season, showcasing an unimpressive 3.62 GAA and .882 SV% in 20 games (8-9-2). Dustin Wolf will likely stay with the Flames for the remainder of the season, backing up Jacob Markstrom.
