Price gave up six goals on 30 shots in the Candadiens loss to the Capitals on Saturday. Price has struggled mightily since returning to the crease last Wednesday, allowing a combined 11 goals on 69 shots (.841 SV%) in two starts. Despite his struggles, he remains a strong option tonight with the Red Wings in town.

Al Montoya is not available to backup Cam Talbot vs. the Ducks on Sunday, so Brossoit comes up to handle that duty.

Price gave up five goals on 39 shots in the Canadiens loss in Pittsburgh on Wednesday. It was a rough return to the crease for Price, who has had the toughest year of his career in 2018. His first start against Washington was a disaster as he was pulled after allowing four goals on 14 shots in the first period of a 6-1 loss.

Price has been sidelined with a concussion since February 20th, but will return tonight in Pittsburgh. Despite being out the playoff picture, the Canadiens will give Price the opportunity to finish the season strong. Price has been terrible on the road, going 4-15-1 with a 3.36 GAA and .897 SV% this season.

Lindblom has been up for the last three games and will be back up with Flyers on Tuesday, but had to go down today to ensure he can play in the AHL playoffs. He had no points in three games with the Flyers, but if his AHL numbers (16G-18A in 54 games) are any indication, he should produce at this level.

Reaves was acquired from the Penguins on Friday and will play his first game with Vegas tomorrow in Los Angeles. Reaves is not known for his offence, having picked up just eight points (4G / 4A) in 58 games this season.




Price allowed three goals on 28 shots in relief of Antti Niemi in Vegas on Saturday. Price’s rough season has continued of late, with just an .870 SV% in his last four appearances. He draws another tough matchup tonight in Philadelphia.

It has been a tough campaign for the regularly reliable Price, who enters Thursday with a 2.92 GAA and .907 SV% in 40 appearances. He draws a solid matchup in Arizona, but has just four wins in 17 road starts.

Price allowed four goals on 27 shots in the Canadiens loss in Philadelphia on Thursday. Price has lost three of his last four starts despite posting a 2.28 GAA and .920 SV%. He draws a terrible matchup tonight with the Predators in town—Price is 11-7-4 with a 2.70 GAA and .910 SV% on home ice.
