Price surrendered five goals on 28 shots in the Canadiens 5-1 loss to the Canucks on Tuesday. It was Price’s first loss of the season, snapping an impressive seven-game winning streak. Price comes into play on Thursday with a 7-1-0 record, 1.75 GAA and .945 SV%. He remains a must-start tonight vs. the Oilers.

Price has started the season at 7-0-0 with a 1.29 GAA and .961 SV%. He has been sensational and he will look to lead Montreal to a 10-0-0 start.

Wennberg will centre the Blue Jackets’ second line between Brandon Saad and Scott Hartnell. The former 1st round pick has offensive upside and his new line mates could bring it out of him.

Wennberg suffered a concussion in Friday’s loss to the Rangers after being hit by Chris Kreider, who was not penalized on the play. This is not an ideal start to the season for the Blue Jackets, who led the MHL with 508 man-games lost to injury last year.

Price ran away with the Vezina Trophy last season and he has a good chance to get 2015-16 started on the right foot as he draws a great matchup vs. the Maple Leafs. Price dominated Toronto last season, going 4-0-0 with a 1.69 GAA and .935 SV%…and this Maple Leafs team is expected to be even worse.
