Gaudreau did not travel with the team as they head to Philadelphia and is considered day-to-day with an upper-body injury. The 30-year-old forward has yet to pick up a point through five games after putting up 19 goals and 38 points in 82 games with the Wild in 2022-23. Daccord will start for the Kraken on Tuesday, giving him three of the team's last five starts. The 27-year-old has never had more than six starts in a season but seems to be well on his way to surpass that as he has gained the trust of the Kraken coaching staff. In two games (1-0-1), Daccord has a .240 GAA and .918 SV% and could continue to see a fair share of action in the crease if he continues to give his team a chance to win every night. He will have his work cut out for him tonight though, as the Kraken visit the high-scoring Detroit Red Wings. The Red Wings are averaging a league-best 5.00 goals scored per game.
