The 31-year-old has battled injury all season and struggled in his limited action, posting a 1-1-1 record with a 3.35 GAA and .870 SV%. He will face the Washington Capitals, who have won three of their last four contests after a 5-1 win over Vancouver in their last game.
Lindgren left Saturday's game vs. the Oilers with an upper-body injury and did not practice on Sunday. The Rangers have called him day-to-day, so consider him questionable to play Monday vs. the Devils.
