Broberg has been reassigned to Bakersfield (AHL) on Tuesday.

Broberg was originally recalled for some defensive depth to start the playoffs but has been loaned to Bakersfield (AHL) on Tuesday to help them with their playoff push. The 22-year-old third-year veteran appeared in a career-low 12 games this season with the OIlers and had only two assists, six PIMs and a -3 plus/minus.

The Oilers have reassigned Philip Broberg to Bakersfield (AHL).

The Oilers rested several of their regulars in their season finale on Thursday, allowing Broberg to draw into the lineup but he has been reassigned to the Bakersfield Condors. The 22-year-old Broberg scored 35 points (5G / 30A) in 48 games with Bakersfield this season.

Mailloux has been loaned back to Laval (AHL) on Wednesday.

With the Canadiens' season concluded, Mailloux will return to the Laval Rocket (AHL) after making his NHL debut on Tuesday against the Detroit Red Wings. The 21-year-old has played 70 games with the Laval Rocket in his first professional season, scoring 47 points (14G / 33A).

Romanov has been recalled from the San Jose Barracuda (AHL).

Mackenzie Blackwood is out for the remainder of the season due to an undisclosed injury, prompting the Sharks to recall Romanov. The 24-year-old Romanov has a 3.14 GAA and .904 SV% in 29 games (9-9-8) with the San Jose Barracuda (AHL) this season.

Binnington will start Wednesday in Dallas.

The Blues will enter the final game of the season with Binnington between the pipes. Binnington has allowed three or more goals in three straight (1-2-0) but was solid in his last outing, saving 37 of 40 shots (.925 SV%) in a 5-2 loss to the Carolina Hurricanes. The Blues enter action as +215 road underdogs on Wednesday against the Dallas Stars.

The Blues are desperately trying to stay in contention for the final Wild Card spot in the Western Conference and will turn to Binnington in the crease on Friday against the Carolina Hurricanes. Binnington has allowed four or more goals in three of his last six but has salvaged a 4-1-1 record and recorded a 6-5 victory in his most recent outing despite allowing five goals on 33 shots (.868 SV%). The Blues enter action as +190 road underdogs.

Marco Scandella is expected to draw into the lineup for the injured Krug. The 33-year-old Krug has 39 points (4G / 35A) in 77 games this season while averaging 21:58 time-on-ice. He is considered day-to-day for the time being.

Krug played only 12:40 time-on-ice in Wednesday's 5-2 win over the Chicago Blackhawks before exiting the game with an upper-body injury. He scored a goal before exiting the contest and has three points (1G / 2A) during a three-game point streak.

Holloway is expected to draw back into the Oilers' lineup on Wednesday.

Holloway has not played with the Oilers since March 5th but will rejoin the team after being recalled from the AHL on Tuesday. The 22-year-old Holloway was impressive with the Bakersfield Condors (AHL), scoring 16 points (10G / 6A) in 18 games.

The Blues have lost two of their last three (1-1-1) and will turn to Hofer on Wednesday against the Chicago Blackhawks. Hofer has played well when called upon, allowing three or fewer goals in his last six contests (3-1-2), but has lost two straight, including a 3-2 overtime loss to the San Jose Sharks in his last outing when he allowed three goals on 25 shots (.880 SV%). The Blues enter action as -210 home favourites.
