Drouin (upper-body) will return vs. Washington on Friday.

That said, at least to start, Drouin will be on the second line, away from his familiar spot alongside Nathan MacKinnon.

Broberg will be out 4-6 weeks with a lower-body injury.

Broberg left Saturday's game with an apparent leg injury after getting tangled up with Mitch Marner along the boards. It's a terrible break for Broberg, who has emerged as one of the Blues' top defensemen after being signed to an offer sheet this offseason. Broberg had been seeing some deployment on the Blues' second powerplay unit, a spot likely to be filled by Colton Parayko.
