The winger has scored four goals with five assists (nine points) while firing 43 shots in his last eight games.
Myers (lower-body) underwent surgery and will miss 6-8 more weeks.
Myers has been out nearly three months and will miss at least six more weeks after he underwent surgery to repair a lower-body injury. This is a tough break for the towering defenseman, who has only played in 11 games this season.

Myers has missed the last five games with a lower-body injury, but will return to the Jets’ line tonight vs. the Stars. Myers, who has two goals in eight games, will skate on the second pairing with Tobias Enstrom and should also see some power-play time on the second unit.

He spent the majority of the year with Ontario (AHL), collecting 10 points and 40 PIMS in 40 games, but he dressed in 14 contests with the Kings where he had one goal and one assist. Forbort will look to crack the Kings roster in training camp this Fall.
