The Golden Knights backup has been solid this season with a 6-2-1 record, 2.55 GAA and .908 SV%. He faces the Philadelphia Flyers, who have dropped three of their last four games after a 4-1 loss to Washington on Wednesday.

He draws the tough task of the Pacific Division-leading Vegas Golden Knights who are 10th in the NHL in shots per game with 32.4.

Hart stopped 29 of 32 shots (.906 SV%) as he snapped a two-game losing skid with a victory over Colorado in his last time out. The 24-year-old started the season strong, but his numbers have been on a bit of a downfall lately leading to his 8-7-4 record, .911 SV% and 2.83 GAA. He takes on the Washington Capitals, who won their last game 3-2 over Edmonton but rank 27th in the NHL in goals per game (2.74).
Tanner Laczynski has been placed on the injured reserve and is considered week-to-week (lower body).
Laczynski left the Flyers' previous game after playing only 6:34 TOI with a lower-body injury. The 25-year-old has two goals and two assists in 19 games but will be out week-to-week.
