Dowd was a game-time decision due to a non-covid illness but will be back in the lineup Thursday. The 32-year-old has seven goals, six assists, 18 PIMs and is a +6 plus/minus through 33 games prior to the illness.

Megna has eight assists, 12 PIMs, 32 SOG and is a +4 plus/minus in 31 games and will draw back into the Sharks' lineup Thursday vs. Calgary after being a healthy scratch in their previous game.

Hart allowed three goals on 33 shots (.909 SV%) and picked up his second win in three starts with a victory over Columbus in his last game. The 24-year-old has been one of the Flyers' lone bright spots this season, with his 10-9-6 record, 2.82 GAA and .912 SV%. He will face the Toronto Maple Leafs, who won their last game 4-1 over Tampa Bay and are 2nd in the NHL in goals against per game (2.39) even though they have been missing key defensive pieces all season due to injury.

Megna has eight assists, 12 PIMs, 32 SOG and is a +4 plus/minus but will be a healthy scratch Tuesday as Mario Ferraro returns to the lineup after a 10-game absence (undisclosed).

Hart allowed four goals on 33 shots (.879 SV%) in a loss to the New York Rangers in his previous start between the pipes. The 24-year-old has been the lone bright spot in an otherwise horrific Flyers season, with his 9-9-6 record, 2.82 GAA and .913 SV%. He draws the Columbus Blue Jackets Tuesday, who are looking to snap a four-game losing skid.

Hertl will be suspended for two games after his high-sticking infraction Sunday vs. Calgary. It is a massive loss for the Sharks who will be without their leading forward scorer, who has 11 goals, 21 assists, 12 PIMs and 82 SOG through 33 games played this season prior to his suspension.

Davies had only played in the Sabres' previous game vs. Arizona, with 8:33 TOI and two PIMs but will head to the press box as a healthy scratch with Ilya Lyubushkin returning from a lower-body injury.

Hill allowed five goals on 34 shots (.853 SV%) but still picked up his third straight win with a victory over Winnipeg in his previous start. The Golden Knights' backup has been solid this season, with a 8-2-1 record, 2.62 GAA and .907 SV%. He will face the Buffalo Sabres, who are on a three game winning streak after beating the Arizona Coyotes 5-2 in his last start.

Schmid will head back down to Utica (AHL) after doing a more than admirable job backing up the Devils' crease, posting an incredible 5-3-0 record, 1.96 GAA and .932 SV%. He heads back to the minors, where he was also strong prior to his promotion, with a 2-1-2 record, .918 SV% and 1.97 GAA in a short four game showing.

Dowd missed the Capitals' previous game due to a lower-body injury and will be a game-time decision Monday vs. Detroit. The 32-year-old has five goals, five assists, 18 PIMs and is a +4 plus/minus through 32 games prior to the injury.

Dowd was scratched ahead of Saturday's game vs. Toronto and is listed day-to-day. Consider Dowd questionable to play Monday vs. the Red Wings--expect Nicolas Aube-Kubel to remain in the lineup if Dowd can't play.
