McIlrath will draw back into Washington's lineup vs. Montreal on Tuesday.

McIlrath will return from a two-game absence and enter the lineup on Tuesday against the Montreal Canadiens. The 33-year-old McIlrath has played only seven games this season but has played more recently, drawing into three of Washington's last seven games.

The 32-year-old Lindgren returned to the crease on Sunday, with the Capitals entering the contest as -140 road favorites against the Nashville Predators.
