Beauvillier has been out of the lineup since the beginning of January but appears to be nearing a return to the Blackhawks' lineup with the possibility of returning on Monday. Beauvillier had scored six points (2G / 4A) in 15 games since joining the Blackhawks.

That said, the Capitals are +155 home underdogs on Tuesday, matching up poorly against the second-best offensive team in the league, the Colorado Avalanche (3.66 GF / GP).

Rempal was recalled to take the place of Paul Cotter (illness) in the lineup for Monday's game against the Wild. He tallied one shot on goal and was held scoreless in 9:06 time-on-ice. Rempal has two goals in five games with the Golden Knights this season.
