Hellebuyck stopped 31 of 32 shots in the Jets win over the Sharks on Sunday. Steve Mason started on Tuesday so they will come back to Hellebuyck tonight in Chicago. Hellebuyck has won five of his last six starts with a 1.98 GAA, .937 SV% and one shutout. In his first start against the Blackhawks, Hellebuyck allowed five goals on 30 shots in a 5-1 loss.
Lowry is still dealing with an upper-body injury that forced him out of the lineup on Sunday. With Lowry out, Jack Roslovic will remain in the lineup for the second consecutive game.

This will be a huge boon for the Wild, who are getting Zach Parise (back) in the lineup for the first time this season on Tuesday.
Fleury has been a healthy scratch for six of the last seven games, but will draw back in on a pairing with Justin Faulk vs. the Capitals. Fleury has five assists, a minus-1 rating a six PIMS in 30 games this season.

Scheifele left yesterday’s game after crushing hard into the corner and left the ice in a lot of pain. Head coach Paul Maurice said that the Jets will have an update on Scheifele on Thursday but the initial prognosis doesn’t appear to be positive.
Niederreiter was injured prior to the Christmas break and will miss his second straight game tonight. There’s no word on how long Niederreiter will be out, so consider him day-to-day.
Hellebuyck allowed one goal on 33 shots in the Jets loss in Boston last Thursday. Hellebuyck got Saturday off, so he’ll be back in net tonight vs. the Oilers. Hellebuyck has gone 5-2-2 with a 2.64 GAA and .907 SV% and was victorious in his only start vs. Edmonton this season.
Niederreiter left last night’s game in Florida with an ankle injury and will not be in the lineup tonight. Niederreiter was spotted wearing a walking boot after the game, so he could be sidelined for some time. Expect ab update on his status after Christmas.
