Hellebuyck is in the starter's crease at Tuesday's morning skate.

After representing his team at the All-Star weekend, Hellebuyck will likely return to the crease on Tuesday evening. After being the most dominant goalie in the league for two months, Hellebuyck is riding a two-game losing streak for the first time since November, allowing six goals on 49 shots (.878 SV%). The talented netminder will look to return to form on Tuesday as the Jets enter action as slight +103 road underdogs against a Pittsburgh Penguins team that has lost three of their last four (1-2-1).

Scheifele (lower-body) will be back in the Jets' lineup on Tuesday.

Scheifele has missed the Jets' previous six games as he dealt with a lower-body injury but will return to Winnipeg's lineup on Tuesday vs. Pittsburgh. The 30-year-old star centre will make a much-welcomed return as he currently leads the Jets in points with 14 goals and 41 points in 41 games played before his injury.

Vilardi (lower body) will be a game-time decision Saturday vs. Toronto.

Vilardi has missed the last two games with a lower-body injury but could return to the lineup on Saturday against the Toronto Maple Leafs. The 24-year-old Vilardi has three goals and has fired 15 shots on goal in his last five games.

Morrissey (lower body) will be a game-time decision Saturday vs. Toronto.

Morrissey exited the Jets' last games with only 7:17 time-on-ice after blocking a shot but appears to be on the mend for a quick recovery after participating at practice on Friday. If Morrissey is unable to play on Saturday, the Jets' next game is not for another nine days. Neal Pionk replaced Morrissey on the top powerplay unit after Morrissey left the game.

Scheifele (lower body) will be out Wednesday and is considered day-to-day.

Scheifele will miss his fifth straight game due to a lower-body injury despite being a full participant at the last two Jets' practices. Before his injury, Scheifele had five points (2G / 3A) while riding a four-game point streak. His next opportunity to return to the lineup will be on Saturday against the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Driedger has been reassigned to Coachella Valley (AHL).

With Philipp Grubauer (lower body) being activated off the Injured Reserve Tuesday, Chris Driedger has been reassigned to Coachella Valley (AHL) after appearing in two games for Seattle. The 29-year-old made his first NHL appearance since 2021-22 this season after overcoming multiple injuries and posted a 1-1-0 record, 2.51 GAA and a .917 SV%.

Hellebuyck will start Monday vs. Boston.

After suffering his first loss in five games, Hellebucyk has bounced back, winning two straight and saving 69 of 72 shots (.958 SV). Hellebuyck has undoubtedly been the best goalie in the NHL over the last two months, allowing more than two goals only once in 21 games (16-3-2) while posting an absurd .944 SV%. Hellebucyk and the Jets will be thoroughly tested on Monday as +118 road underdogs against an Atlantic Division-leading Boston Bruins club riding a four-game winning streak.
