Morrissey (lower-body) will be a game-time decision on Tuesday.

Morrissey left the Jets' previous game vs. Florida after just 16:40 TOI and will be a game-time decision Tuesday as Winnipeg takes on Carolina. The 27-year-old is enjoying a breakout season with 15 goals, 67 points, 140 SOG and 33 PIMs through 66 games this season.

Luke Schenn (personal) is rejoining the team in Toronto Monday but will not play vs. Buffalo.

Schenn has missed the Maple Leafs' previous two games due to the birth of his child but is returning to Toronto Monday afternoon but is still expected to miss Monday's game vs. Buffalo. The 33-year-old bruising defenseman has three goals, 18 assists, 70 SOG, 71 PIMs and a +9 plus/minus through 57 games played between Vancouver and Toronto this season.

Lowry (undisclosed) is doubtful to play Sunday in Tampa.

Lowry left Saturday's game in the third period and did not return. Head coach Rick Bowness does not expect Lowry to be available for Sunday's game in Tampa, so look for either Axel Jonnson-Fjallby or Karson Kuhlman to replace him in the lineup.

Hellebuyck stopped 30 of 35 shots (.857 SV%) for snap a two-game losing skid as he beat Edmonton in his previous start. The 29-year-old has struggled as of late but still is putting together an impressive campaign, with his 27-19-2 record, 2.62 GAA and .919 SV%. He takes on the red-hot Minnesota Wild, who have earned at least a point in 10 straight games and just snapped a four-game winning streak with a 1-0 shootout loss to Calgary last night.

Connor Hellebuyck
Appleton (upper-body) will be back in the Jets lineup on Monday.

Appleton has missed the Jets' last two games with an upper-body injury and will return to the Winnipeg lineup Monday as they take on San Jose. The 27-year-old has two goals, seven assists, 32 SOG, six PIMs and a -2 plus/minus through 22 games played before the injury.
