Igor Shesterkin will start Wednesday vs. Toronto.

Shesterkin stopped 33 of 35 shots (.943 SV%) to snap a two-game losing streak as he beat Florida in his previous start. The 27-year-old 2022 Vezina winner has been solid yet again this season, with his 21-8-6 record, 2.44 GAA and .918 SV%. He will face the Toronto Maple Leafs, who have won three of their last four games after a 5-2 victory over the New York Islanders last game.

Cam Talbot will start Wednesday vs. the Islanders.

Talbot allowed four goals on 44 shots (.909 SV%) for his fifth loss in six starts as he was defeated by Pittsburgh in his previous start. He takes on the Vancouver Canucks, who won their first game under new head coach Rick Tochett Tuesday with a 5-2 win over Chicago.

Yanni Gourde will be back in the Kraken's lineup Wednesday after being a game-time decision (undisclosed).

Gourde missed the Krakens' previous game due to an undisclosed injury and will be good to go after being expected a game-time decision Wednesday as Seattle takes on the Vancouver Canucks. The 31-year-old has been having one of his best career seasons to date, with six goals, 24 assists, 78 SOG, 44 PIMs and a +16 plus/minus through 45 games prior to the injury.
