Hayes had an infection in his groin area and underwent a third procedure, which has kept him out since January 17th. Hayes will be back on the Flyers' third line and second power-play unit on Saturday.
Balcers (upper-body) is expected to be back in the Sharks lineup on Saturday.
Balcers missed the last four games with an upper-body injury but is set to play Saturday vs. the Predators. In Friday's practice, Balcers skated on the top line and second power-play unit because Alexander Barabanov is questionable with a non-COVID illness.

Barabanov missed Friday's practice with a non-COVID illness and is expected to play vs. the Predators. Rudolfs Balcers is set to return from an injury and skated in Barabanov's spot on the top line with Tomas Hertl and Timo Meier in practice.

Bonino missed Friday's practice with a non-COVID illness and is expected to play vs. the Predators. Jasper Weatherby was set to be a healthy scratch but will likely play if Bonino is unavailable.

The longest suspension served was dealt to former-Detroit Red Wing David Perron at six-games after a cross-checking penalty dealt ironically against his current team in the 2024-25 season, the Ottawa Senators. Additionally, Perron was fined $148,437.48 for his actions.
