He faces off against the Vancouver Canucks who have scored five or more goals in three of their last five games.

Orlov was listed as a game-time decision after picking up a lower-body injury in Saturday's game. The Capitals will be really shorthanded on the back-end with both Orlov and John Carlson unavailable.

Lindgren allowed three goals on 31 shots in the Capitals overtime loss to the Golden Knights last Tuesday. Lindgren has been solid this season, posting a .919 SV%, but has allowed three goals in all three starts. On Monday, he should be left on the waiver wire with a matchup vs. the Oilers and the Capitals without John Carlson Dmitry Orlov.
