Christiansen has four assists in 11 games prior to his promotion to Columbus from Cleveland (AHL). This will be his first all up of the 2022-23 season, but the 23-year-old previously played in the NHL with Columbus in 2021-22, where he played in eight games and scored one goal.

Carlson has not played since leaving early in a game vs. Nashville on October 29th. The Capitals' star defenseman has two goals and six points in his first nine games with the team while putting up a -2 plus/minus with 27 SOG. He will be a game-time decision Friday but will make a massive addition to the lineup if he is able to go after warm-ups.

Teravainen suffered an upper-body injury during last night’s win over Edmonton and will not travel to Colorado with the team today ahead of their two-game road trip. Through 14 games this season, the 28-year-old has seven assists with 32 SOG and a +3 plus/minus rating.

Helm has yet to play this season but is on the mend now that he has completed abductor surgery. The 2021-22 Stanley Cup Champion has 266 points across 812 career NHL games played.

Foligno had missed the last five games due to an upper-body injury but will return to the Wilds' lineup Friday vs. Seattle. In eight games prior to the injury, he has a goal and two assists while playing nearly 14:38 TOI.

Tyson Jost will head to the press box Friday after playing only 9:35 TOI in the Wilds' previous game vs. Anaheim. The seven-year veteran has struggled this season, collecting three assists and a -4 plus/minus along with 10 SOG through 11 games played at the bottom of Minnesota's lineup.

Greenway returned from a trip to the injured reserve Tuesday, playing 14:38 and collecting a -1 rating as he eased his way back into the Wild lineup vs. Los Angeles. He did not play Wednesday as a rest day with the back-to-back schedule but is now facing a minor setback in his return to the lineup. Consider him day-to-day for the time being.

Fleury stopped 29 of 30 shots (.967 SV%) in his previous start as he took a hard-luck loss 1-0 to the LA Kings. The 37-year-old has struggled this season with a .896 SV% and 3.17 GAA but has a decent record despite the numbers as he is 5-3-1 on the season. He faces off against a surging Seattle Kraken team that has won their last five games.

Gadjovich will head to the press box Friday as a healthy scratch. He has struggled this season as he has failed to pick up any points but has seven SOG and 18 PIMs through eight games.

Gregor was back in the Sharks' lineup for their previous game but will find himself heading back to the press box as a healthy scratch Friday. He has been limited in action this season, playing only six games and collecting zero points and a -3 plus/minus to go along with his seven SOG.

Lorentz missed the Sharks' previous game due to being a healthy scratch but will draw back into the lineup Friday after only missing one game. In 14 games so far in 2022-23, the 26-year-old has a goal and three points with 24 SOG and a -3 plus/minus.

The forward was a healthy scratch since last playing November 1st but will be back in the Sharks' lineup Friday. He has two goals and five points with a +2 plus/minus through 11 games this season.

Fleury will be back in the lineup to replace an injured Jamie Oleksiak who will be out for Friday's game. It will be Fleury's season debut with the Kraken after he place nine games with them last season. In 50 career games, Fleury has yet to pick up his first career assist, but has one goal and is a -7 plus/minus with 49 SOG.

Jones stopped 24 of 25 shots (.960 SV%) in his previous start vs. Nashville as he picked up his fourth straight win. The 32-year-old has been enjoying his best career season to date, posting a .907 SV% and 2.45 GAA to go along with his 7-3-1 record. He takes on the Minnesota Wild who are coming off a 4-1 victory their last time out and rank 11th in the NHL in SOG/GP with 32.6.

This is a huge blow for the Blue Jackets, who also lost Nick Blankenburg long-term. Jake Bean replaced Werenski on the top power-play after he left the game and figures to be a key figure on their blueline moving forward. Werenski should make a full recovery and be back in time for next year's training camp.

Head Coach Rod Brind'Amour announced Friday that starting goaltender Frederik Andersen will be placed on the injured reserve retroactive to November 6th. Andersen had struggled a bit this season after finishing fourth in Vezina Trophy voting in 2021-22, posting a .891 SV% and 2.72 GAA but a decent 5-3-0 record all the same.

Voracek will be out indefinitely after suffering an upper-body injury on November 4th vs. Colorado. In 11 games so far this season, the 33-year-old has six points (1G/5A) through 11 games with a -7 plus/minus rating with only 17 SOG.
